VGWM Vertical Window Washing Machine
VGWM, up to a maximum height of 3300 mm This is a series of vertical glass washing machines capable of processing flat glass. With its stainless steel body and 3 pairs of brushes, it completes the pre-washing, washing, and rinsing stages in a single line. It is designed to meet various operating configurations. as a standalone solution or can work on the same line with other vertical machines — especially the DKDT series grinding and polishing machines, the FSR series CNC machining center and the DD6 series drilling machine.
Clean Glass, Flawless Coating and Joining.
In insulated glass bonding and coating processes, even the smallest particle remaining on the surface can result in bubbles, adhesion failures, or visual defects. VGWM standardizes surface cleanliness at the line entry point, determining the output quality of all subsequent processes.
