We have been manufacturing machinery for the glass industry since 1999.
Deka Makine was founded in 1999 and has been designing, manufacturing, and commissioning vertical processing machines for the flat glass industry ever since. The machines we develop at our facility in Akyurt, Ankara, are used by insulating glass manufacturers, glass tempering plants, architectural glass processors, and shower enclosure manufacturers.
The efficiency of a glass processing line is only as good as its slowest and most faulty link. Therefore, we need to evaluate our machines not individually, but..., line as a whole We envision that the washing, break-in, drilling, and CNC machining units will operate together at compatible speeds and with the same handling logic.
All production takes place in our own facility.
For over 25 years, we have been handling the entire process in-house, from machine design to assembly. This has two tangible benefits for our customers.
Custom configuration for your line. Instead of selling a standard catalog product, we configure the machine based on your glass dimensions, thickness range, and current line speed.
There is no external dependency for spare parts. Because we manufacture the parts ourselves, we manage the supply process directly — there are no months-long waiting times that are common with imported machines.
Our goal is to produce machines for glass processing manufacturers that reduce waste, increase line efficiency, and operate flawlessly for years. We never sell machines without understanding our customer's production line.

Demand and Analysis
We evaluate your glass dimensions, thickness range, target capacity, and existing production line structure together. The correct machine configuration is determined in this step.

Production and Testing
The machine is manufactured at our facility in Akyurt and tested on real glass before shipment. You can participate in the acceptance test if you wish.

Installation and Training
On-site installation, commissioning, and operator training are handled by our company. Remote technical support and spare parts supply follow afterwards.
